Mentor Residents: Your Opinion Matters in the Upcoming Housing Study

The City of Mentor is undertaking a comprehensive housing study and needs analysis to assess its housing market and identify any gaps in the current housing stock. Recognizing the importance of housing in retaining and attracting both residents and businesses, the city is committed to gaining a thorough understanding of the local housing situation.

An integral part of this study is a resident survey, designed to encourage community engagement and gather valuable insights from residents regarding housing. This approach ensures that the voices of Mentor residents are heard and considered in the evaluation of the housing market.

Residents interested in participating can obtain paper copies of the survey at no cost from the Planning & Development Department. To get a copy, residents can call (440) 974-5740. The deadline for submitting completed surveys is January 15, 2024. This initiative highlights the city's proactive approach to addressing housing concerns and fostering a vibrant, growing community.
